Sales Executive Mandarin Speaking (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome to Apply)
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the assigned key clients.
To provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers.
Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Track sales activities and create reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a SPM certificate or diploma, with preference given to candidates holding higher academic credentials.
Knowledge & experienced about courier industry operations and challenges will be advantaged.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred and considered a valuable asset for this role.
Candidate must be very fluent and able to type in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
