Terms & Conditions:
- The campaign period is from 3 – 30 June 2026.
- This campaign is exclusive to users who successfully complete a top up within the campaign period.
- Users must select and complete a qualifying top up package during the campaign period to be eligible for the corresponding bonus credit reward.
- Bonus credits will be automatically credited into the user’s ParcelDaily account upon successful top up transaction.
- Each user account is only entitled to receive one (1) bonus credit reward throughout the campaign period. Multiple top ups made under the same account will not qualify for additional bonus credit rewards.
- Users must fulfill both the required accumulated top up tier and corresponding shipment milestone within the campaign period to qualify for the free flyers reward.
- Free flyers rewards are based on the highest fully completed eligible tier only and are not cumulative.
- If a user achieves a higher accumulated top up tier but only fulfills a lower shipment milestone tier, the user will only be eligible for the free flyers reward corresponding to the highest fully completed eligible tier.
- Cancelled, failed, refunded, or disputed top up transactions will not be eligible for any campaign rewards.
- Shipments that are cancelled, returned to sender, refunded, or deemed invalid will not be counted toward the shipment milestone calculation.
- Free flyers rewards will be delivered within two (2) weeks after the campaign ends.
- All rewards are available on a first come, first rewarded basis, while stocks last.
- Bonus credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn as cash.
- Bonus credits can only be used for shipping services available on the ParcelDaily platform.
- ParcelDaily reserves the right to reject or disqualify users suspected of fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or suspicious activities.
- ParcelDaily reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
