How to create COD shipment?

Enter the parcel details, enable the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option for this delivery, and specify the COD amount. Make sure to update bank account details in your profile.

What is COD Next-day Remittance?

This is an add-on service where cash will be remitted on the next day upon successful delivery. An additional 1% handling fee will be charged based on the COD amount.

How to check COD remittance status?

Click on ‘Cash On Delivery’ in the side menu to view the COD remittance statement.

Is the COD service available for domestic and international delivery?

Yes, it’s available for domestic deliveries within Malaysia. For international deliveries, COD is only supported for shipments to Singapore.

What happens if the COD amount is not collected?

If the goods are delivered but full payment is not collected, the courier company will be fully responsible and compensate as per the collectable amount.
