Campaign Rules at a Glance

Terms & Conditions
- The SPX Top-Up Campaign (“Campaign”) runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
- The Campaign is open to ParcelDaily top-up users on Normal, Gold, Platinum, Welcome Deal and Welcome Elite accounts.
- SPX Express coupons are awarded only to users who top up their ParcelDaily accounts during the Campaign Period. Pay-per-order users and users who do not top up during the Campaign Period will not receive coupons.
- Any top-up from RM20 to RM5,000 made during the Campaign Period qualifies. The number of SPX Express coupons awarded depends on the top-up tier, ranging from 10 to 750 coupons.
- Each eligible user is entitled to one coupon pack only, determined by their first top-up during the Campaign Period. Subsequent top-ups during the Campaign Period will not earn additional coupons.
- The Campaign is limited to the first 1,000 eligible users on a first-come, first-served basis. ParcelDaily will not award coupons once all 1,000 slots have been taken, even if the Campaign Period has not ended.
- Coupons are credited to the user’s ParcelDaily account according to the following schedule:
- For qualifying top-ups made between 1 and 3 November 2026, coupons will be dispatched manually on 4 November 2026.
- For qualifying top-ups made from 4 to 30 November 2026, coupons will be credited automatically after a successful qualifying top-up.
- Each coupon entitles the user to a rate of RM4.80 for the first 3kg on one SPX Express order. Weight exceeding 3kg will be charged at the prevailing SPX Express rate.
- Coupons are valid only for SPX Express orders shipped from and to West Malaysia (West Malaysia to West Malaysia). Orders to or from East Malaysia and international orders are not eligible.
- Coupons are tied to the account that made the qualifying top-up and cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another account.
- Account top-ups made under the Campaign are subject to ParcelDaily’s standard top-up terms and are non-refundable.
- ParcelDaily reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim coupons from any user found to be abusing the Campaign, including creating multiple accounts, using sub-accounts to claim additional packs, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity.
- ParcelDaily reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on parceldaily.com.
