What is the minimum top-up amount on ParcelDaily?

The minimum top-up amount is RM20. To add credits to your account, log into your ParcelDaily account and go to the “Top-Up” section to select your preferred package.

How long are ParcelDaily credits valid?

ParcelDaily credits are valid for up to 180 days from your latest top-up date, depending on your package. Unused credits are strictly non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.

What should I do if the credit has expired?

You will need to make a top-up to reactivate the existing balance. All available credits will be valid for up to 180 days from the latest top up date, depending on your package.

What are the top-up payment options on ParcelDaily?

ParcelDaily provides top-up options via Online Banking, Credit / Debit Card and E-wallet.

Can I convert ParcelDaily credits to cash?

No. ParcelDaily credits are non-convertible into cash once a top-up is made.

Terms and conditions for plan & pricing?

ParcelDaily reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the rates from time to time without prior notice.

Is ParcelDaily cheaper than going to the courier counter?

Usually, yes. Counter rates are priced for one-off senders. ParcelDaily rates start at RM5.30 for the first 3kg on West Malaysia routes and include free doorstep pickup, so you also save the trip. Enter your route in the calculator above to compare against what you’re paying now.

Do I pay a monthly fee to use ParcelDaily?

No. There’s no subscription, no contract and no minimum volume. You top up credit — from RM20 — and spend it as you ship. Larger top-ups unlock lower per-parcel rates.

What's the cheapest courier in Malaysia for a 3kg parcel?

It depends on your route. On West Malaysia domestic, our lowest rate is RM5.30 for the first 3kg, but the cheapest courier for your specific origin and destination changes. That’s the reason the rate comparison exists — check your exact route above rather than assuming one courier is always cheapest.

Is doorstep pickup really free?

Yes, on all domestic orders, with no minimum parcel count depending on the courier requirements.

How fast do I get paid on COD orders?

As fast as the next working day after successful delivery, with next-day remittance enabled. An additional 1% handling fee applies on the COD amount.

Can I use ParcelDaily with my Shopify or WooCommerce store?

Yes. Orders sync automatically, and you can print AWBs in bulk from one dashboard. No developer needed.

What happens if my credit expires?

Nothing is lost. A top-up from RM20 reactivates your existing balance, valid for up to 180 days from that new top-up date.
