How to Claim Your May Bonus Credits
Ready to book more shipments at a lower effective rate? Follow these simple steps to grab your bonus:
- Step 1: Log in to your account and head over to the “Top Up” section.
- Step 2: Choose a top up amount that fits your monthly shipment forecast.
- Step 3: Start shipping! Once you hit both the top up and shipment count for your tier, your bonus is secured.
- Step 4: Keep an eye on your account, your bonus credits will be issued 2 weeks after the campaign ends!
Shipping Rewards Tiers:
- 🥉 Starter Tier: Top up RM100 + Ship 5 parcels ➔ Get RM5 Credit
- 🥈 Growth Tier: Top up RM500 + Ship 15 parcels ➔ Get RM15 Credit
- 🥇 Power Tier: Top up RM1000 + Ship 40 parcels ➔ Get RM40 Credit

1. How do I qualify for the bonus?
It’s simple! Just ensure you complete both the required top up amount and the shipment count within the campaign period (4 – 31 May).
2. Is there a limit to the rewards?
Yes! This campaign is “First Come, First Rewarded.” We have a campaign-wide bonus cap in place, so the earlier you hit your targets, the better your chances of securing the credit.
3. What if I top up for a high tier but don’t ship enough parcels?
You will receive the reward for the highest tier you fully completed. For example, if you top up RM500 (Tier 2) but only ship 6 parcels (Tier 1 requirement), you will receive the Tier 1 bonus of RM5.
4. How many times can I claim the bonus?
To keep it fair for everyone, there is a limit of one redemption per account during the campaign period.
Terms & Conditions:
- ParcelDaily reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the campaign and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The campaign period is from 4 – 31 May 2026.
- This campaign is exclusive to top up users. To qualify, users must select a top up tier and complete the transaction within the campaign period.
- In the event a user meets a higher top up tier but completes a lower shipment tier, the user will be eligible for the reward corresponding to the highest fully completed tier only.
- Users qualify for the reward of the highest tier achieved; rewards are not cumulative.
- Eligible bonus credits will be credited to the user’s ParcelDaily account two (2) weeks after the campaign ends.
- The campaign is available on a first come, first rewarded basis, while stocks last.
- Cancelled, failed, or refunded top-up transactions are not eligible for campaign rewards.
- Shipments that are cancelled, returned to sender, or refunded do not count toward the campaign milestone.
- Bonus credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Bonus credits can only be used for shipping services on the ParcelDaily platform and are valid for use with all supported courier services.
- ParcelDaily reserves the right to disqualify any user found to be engaging in fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive activities.
