Question 1

Do I need a GoGet account to book GoGet on ParcelDaily?

Accepted Answer

No. You book, pay and track entirely through your ParcelDaily dashboard. No separate GoGet sign-up, wallet or login is required.

Question 2

How fast is GoGet delivery through ParcelDaily?

Accepted Answer

GoGet riders are dispatched on demand, so same-city parcels can be delivered within the hour. Actual timing depends on distance, traffic and rider availability.

Question 3

Which areas does GoGet cover?

Accepted Answer

GoGet operates in the Klang Valley and other major Malaysian cities. Coverage for your pickup and drop-off addresses is confirmed when you enter them on ParcelDaily.

Question 4

How do I pay for a GoGet delivery?

Accepted Answer

From your existing ParcelDaily wallet balance, the same one you use for courier shipments. One top-up covers both.

Question 5

Can I compare GoGet with other on-demand options before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ParcelDaily shows live rates and estimated delivery times from GoGet, Grab and Lalamove side by side, so you choose the best option for each parcel.

Question 6

Can I schedule a GoGet pickup instead of booking immediately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can schedule a pickup up to two days in advance, and ParcelDaily will dispatch the rider at the chosen time.

Question 7

What parcel sizes can GoGet handle?

Accepted Answer

Small and medium parcels go by motorcycle; bulkier items can be sent by car or van. Select the vehicle that fits your parcel’s size and weight when booking.

Question 8

Can I track the delivery and will my customer receive updates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Live tracking is available in your ParcelDaily dashboard from pickup to drop-off, alongside your regular courier shipments, so you always know where the parcel is.
